Hi, I’m Katja — a Polestar-trained Mat Pilates instructor teaching a contemporary interpretation of the original exercise repertoire developed by Joseph Pilates.
I am passionate about helping people experience their bodies in a different way through functional movement, breathwork, imagery, and mindful awareness.
As a mother of two and a hairdresser by profession—my other great passion—connecting with people comes naturally to me. I believe that movement should be accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to the individual.
My aim is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients can build strength, improve mobility, and develop greater confidence in their bodies and everyday movement.
Whether you are completely new to Pilates or looking to deepen an existing practice, I will guide you through a sequence of gentle yet effective exercises, from beginner to advanced level, in both private sessions and group classes.
My goal is for you to leave the mat feeling stronger, more balanced, and connected to your body—grounded, energised, and empowered from within.
